The Thundercats are a team
of human/feline heroes who
fight to keep their adopted
world, Third Earth, safe
from the evil Mumm-Ra the
Ever-Living and his many
Mutant henchmen. Lion-O is
the Thundercats team leader,
who with his powerful Sword
of Omens, tries to embody
the wisdom and maturity to
do right by his teammates
and the populace of Third
Earth, which they have sworn
to protect. The other
Thundercats are Panthro, the
oldest and wisest; Tygra,
the most agile and cunning;
Cheetara, the fastest and
most beautiful, with a
"sixth sense" that can
reveal the future or the
past; and the young,
energetic twins, WillyKit
and WillyKat. |
